Our content management software allows you to have complete control of the content playing to your customers in store. This software allows us to schedule your audio announcements at various times throughout the day. That’s right, you can specify the time and date a particular message needs to be aired. For example, you could promote a happy hour promotion at say 4 pm, or notify customers that your store is due to close at a certain time.
We can also add new music to your playlist, and schedule popular songs to play more frequently.
Advanced In Store Music Equipment
Media Group uses SC 2000 units, and each system has a unique serial number assigned to it – so when we do an update, we can see what systems have been updated and when – and then report back directly to you, our customer.
Additionally, the SC 2000 can be updated with new audio advertisement announcements and music playlists via a specified FTP server. The SC 2000 units are designed to check the FTP server every 30 minutes to see if there is any fresh audio content; if there is, it will automatically download the fresh content.
