Vital precautions to prevent Corona Virus panic

Medical Centres, GPs and Clinics urgently need to update their telephone messages to help contain the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19).

Media Group is standing by to help. The audio specialist company is offering rapid response to on-line requests for a message informing patients of the precautions.

The bespoke alert message will be scripted for approval prior to being recorded by a professional voice artist from Media Group.

The message will advise patients exhibiting flu-like symptoms and those recently arrived from countries impacted by the Corona Virus to call ahead before attending their doctor.  

Symptoms may include but are not limited to a fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath. If in doubt, please call out.

People concerned for their own health or that of their family should be informed they can also seek advice from the Department of Health Hotline on 1800 675 398.
